    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. For anyone that's read this book, or heard its success/failure stories, can you tell me what you think/have heard? I read a few reviews that I found on google, and they were all sterling, but I couldn't find any on "established" health websites, therefore they might be fakes posted by the author.

Any feedback is appreciated.

It's a shame that even the quality coaches and writers use that ridiculous spammy sales template.
