I think there is a simple solution, universal, for anything
JUST EAT ENOUGH TO COMPENSATE FOR LOST ENERGY

And do NOT do that several hours before workout
(talking from personal experience)
And as another general, universal rule - Do not get anything to extreme - and you'll be fine!
Even water can kill you (damage your brain!) if drunk faster than 12 litres in 12 hours.
And better to stay away from all that religion bullshit - all religions just want us to be sheeps and be easily controllable.
