I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Is this a good option?

Currently I usually do 15 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Tuesday, I run sprints.
Thursday, I run Hillsprints.

Should I substitute "The Bear for one or two of my HIIT sessions?

I would do the bear on your workout days. I would do any cardio on workout days, instead of rest days. Especially if its HIIT.

Yes the bear is very good for cardio. If you have concerns about doing too much physical work on your shoulders or legs, then do 3 x 5 on all your lifts except Deadlift (which will remain at 1 x 5) and do the Bear post workout.
Stats:
Olympic Squats - 3 x 5 - 200 lbs
DeadLift - 1 x 5 - 215 lbs
Bench - 3 x 5 - 135 lbs
Rows - 3 x 5 - 125 lbs
Press - 3 x 5 - 95 lbs
