I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Everybody post their best dynamic stretch that they know of that they do as a part of their warmup here.

Mine is the frankenstein walk. It's for your hamstrings. You swing your legs in the air with knees locked out at hip level. I just do 10 reps on each leg.

I like to do a few sets of lunges (twisting to touch my opposite elbow to the knee i'm stepping out with) during my warmups.

Leg swings - front & side - 10 each leg.
Shoulder dislocations - 2x10.
BW squats - 20.
If I feel my hamstrings are extra tight on a day, I put my leg straight on a preacher curl stand (best use I found for that thing) and try to touch my forehead to the knee 10 times each leg.

Overhead squats with a broomstick are a great way to warm up your hips, knees and shoulders. A closer grip will challenge your shoulder mobility more.

Having your hands overhead is also a good idea with lunges. It will increase the stretch in your groin, help you maintain an erect spine, and get your shoulders in the act. Highly recommended by Eric Cressey and Joe de Franco.

For dynamic stretching...I really like the ones out of the book "Core Performance" by Mark Verstegen. All of them are great to do before workouts..these are just some exercises http://www.coreperformance.com/knowledge/workouts/a-better-warm-up.html..

I like the Squat to stand stretch. I do that before my workout, as well.
