I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hey man,

I'm gonna switch back to a linear program, more beginner-style. I started this program right in the middle of moving cities and losing weight and stuff. Gonna go back to 3x5, squatting 3x per week, but this time high-bar/olympic whatever, prolly benching 2x, we'll see what else.

How do you find the program? Gonna stick with it for awhile? I remember reading you saying that your lifts have gone down a bit too, seems like since you switched programs... anything to that?

I missed some reps on the Squat too. Could be time for a deload as well. Glad this program has a deload week.
Happy lifting Faraz :)

The squat, press, deadlift, and bench press have been used for decades by the strongest athletes on the planet. There is good reason for that. Any program that doesn’t use them is inferior to one that does.
