3x5 dl 170lbs deload for upper shoulder weakness... really its a personal character thing but it just manifests itself as a upper back roundness
5x5 bp 135lbs (new pr!) shoulder never collapsed but it almost did on one rep... helps to think about pulling the bar apart from the center... grr... this is heavy... 140 next time...
95lbs bor - 10lbs more than last time but more advantageous because they were 25lbs on the end... 10, 7, 7, moved to these as i wanted something better to gauge progress with.
rc's - 21, 11, 11... waited 3 minutes in between... moved from holding onto the rack to holding a 35lb plate... stopped when i couldnt keep the weight on the ground... and no thats not a typo... 21

less than two weeks from surgery... i can hear the sharks circling...
wifes taking off for a couple of days might not be able to workout on tuesday night but ill try.
