Fridays Workout
Squat: 105b 5x5
OHP : 70lb 2x5 , 80lb 5,5,5,4,1 (I screwed up on the weight)
DL: 110lb 1x5
Pullups: 9,7,6 band assisted, abs suck
Prones: did em... just like a big kid gkw.
Sundays Workout
Squat: 110lb 5x5
Bench: 100lb 5x5 (Weights heavy, slowing down on my last 2 reps each set, longer brakes in between)
Inverted Rows: 10,8,5 (feet on floor, abs just kill me)
Pushups (incline from bench): 11,9,9
More Prones, cause i cant get my feet off floor (abs still too sore)
