I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Good luck willie... it'll be fine... might be a while... but it will be fine.

On a side note, I picked up a reverse hyper machine (i cant do natural ghr) to go with my roman chair... part of the Bulletproofing of FGNM's knees... i can destroy my posterior chain without bending my knee... yeah!

and yes im sick of rehab... when the surgeons know about me from each other im starting to get the feeling that all im doing is financing their retirement.

Too funny speaking of keeping me off the operating table...

Had my 5 month checkup with my Plastic Surgeon yesterday... said im doing great... bf down from last time 15.8 down from over 18 (thank you mehdi)... he scheduled a touch up surgery (remove more skin) to my chest and some more lipo in early December, all part of my original fee so no more cash but still more down time... sides like a week at most.

One thing that i thought was odd was he said my right pec was bigger than my left i thought he was nuts my wife backed him up... looking at my bp vids i can see where my right is taking more load than the left... maybe ill switch to some flat db bench for the next little while here just to try and even it out...

Nice job squatting. How did the knee feel? I'm assuming pretty good considering you didn't scream in pain.

it was good... little pressure behind the kneecap but it didnt get worse... mostly from fluid build up.. gotta do bw again tonight per rip... he talks about squatting three days in a row to decide if its ready to train.

gonna get some sleeves for my knees (not wraps) and keep them warm to keep and drive some of that out.

tonights adventure will be...
complete warmup
2x10 bw squat to a box 2in below parallel (im just nicking the box with my butt here, not sitting on it)
5x5 squat with empty bar

Got an avatar today... Mark Twight was a huge inspiration to me... I don't think i could honor him any more than just kicking and working my ass off in the gym everyday.

BTW, in case Mark (or the the other disciples) ever read this blog... I don't quote gymjones 'cause im hard core or anything like that... you inspire me to reach down and find that something extra... so i can look at myself in the mirror. You remind me that im still just a snowflake...

a little stretching
a ton mobility drills
3 single leg movements this round
Single leg stepups 3x12 20lb db's 1 min rest between sets, really laboring
single leg back extensions 3x5 (really really hard for me!)
band pushdowns 2x8
3x5 db bp 55lbs (harder than it sounds)
3xf pullups 10,8,7 with band
