I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

You might want to move this to a different thread. Unless of course you want to derail your training log. Me of all people know how to derail a training log. Mine is full of it.

So is this a rhetorical question or are you looking for a response?

Bench: 115lbs 5x5... another pr for me! added 50lbs and just unracked it and held it there for 10 sec the first sec, then took it off and flew threw the first set... second set only added 20lbs for 10 sec... then 3rd, 4th, and 5th i just got pysched up...
Inverted Rows 10,8,6,6
Pushups (with bars, no more from bench) 8, 6, 3 (arms flailed out and last set, wimp)
RevCrunch 3x12.... brought and kept my knees in... and they hurt right now... wow do they hurt... not sure gkw but i think i hate these more than ohp... have to see next time.

I'll be off for a couple of days and wont post again till Sunday EST... got some stuff to take care off..

later everyone...

Some other stuff... Mehdi can see it... so why not show the world?

http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournal ... ner=mrfgnm

If anyone has a youtube account send me your account and ill share with you my vids of my exercises but I am NOT making that available to the entire world... just a little too personal for me...

weight from yesterday (i always weigh myself on wed) morning 192.5
waist 36.75
arms (4 inches above elbow crease, not flexed, arms at sides) both were same - 11.25 - weird cause my right arm is much stronger
thighs right-21.25 left-21
chest (at nips)- 42.25
neck ( at base) -14.25

measured 5-6 times at chest, waist, and thigh - bf - 17.6%

Goals for next 30 days (effectively 12 workouts) In Order of Importance
1) BoxSquat and Deadlift with out pain (if i do nothing else ill be happy with this)
2) Get Stronger
3) Lose BF

In one month ill have done 12 weeks exactly of stronglifts... Once I get to 1x BW BoxSquat I might switch to Wendlers 5,3,1, Strong(er), or SL Advanced for 12 weeks... nothing against stronglifts, i like it but i get bored easily with routines... however i like that i can measure my progress with stronglifts from workout to workout...

My wifes got a "Walk to Fight Cancer" (we call it relay for life here) fund raising drive that lasts 24hours on Friday thru Saturday... last year i walked a marathon... i dont think ill do that this year but i might end up with 10-15 miles...
i was thinking about just taking some bcaa's to offset the exercise but ill probably just consider those three meals ill be there in the middle of the night my cheats for the week... later everyone.

Hey FGNM. Nothing wrong with switching things round if you get bored easily. Too many people out there get bored easily then stop altogether. Good luck with the walk too, 10-15 miles is none too shabby dude! :D

Sooo... without too much fanfare or anything doctor says he thinks i tore my lateral meniscus in my right knee... not from doing strong lifts... wait for it... doing 3 full ass to grass squats with a 15 lb (you didnt read that wrong) kettlebell....

its a weird thing... i can walk on it... just cant turn on it... cause man is it painfull...
MRI will get scheduled on monday... not sure when it will be back...

Im still training with mehdi... still doing everything above the waist... and watching my diet like a hawk... trying to get to 10% bf...

im not discouraged, just pissed i cant squat/deadlift for a couple weeks/months... will know more after mri...

hang tough everyone.
