Hello all,
As you can see from the subject of my post this is my first time here. I have been working out at a local gym 3 to 5 times a week for the past few months. I have gotten some good results using methods and techniques learned from my past experiences with exercise. I have been looking for an easy to start program that can help me get the results I want without going crazy. I have heard of programs like this but they all seem so confusing. Stonglifts 5x5 seems to possibly be the missing link. I am going to read the ebook tonight and start this workout tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice for me the stronglifts newbie? I don't know if this helps but I'm from Western Michigan in the US and am 6'1" and weigh about 185lbs. Here we go!
