I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

my suggestion is to sleep less if you want more time....seriously, not many ppl. in university sleep for 8+ hours a day. Most students even have part time jobs. Also if you take public transportation to school, you can study/read/nap on the bus/train.

most people in uni live at halls. i have a part time job....

Most people dont have 8 hours sleep at uni because they're out partying and don't get in till 3AM etc, all of which I would do as rarely as possible to minimize alcohol intake.

But I do the transportation thing reading books on bus & train.

Also in SL or any type of weight training, sleep is an important part of growth so advice is kind of contradicting, no?

in my opinion even if you are pressed for time you can include body weight exercises.once you reach home do a few hundreds of pushups ,BW squats, pull ups and hand stand press ups or simply handstand for a count of 100.
after this (if you are standing) have your dinner, shower and study.try to do them as fast as you can.i know you're predicament as i was also pressed for time while attending college.walk as much as you can.as soon as you get up drop down and a few more sets of the above exercises.if you want to maintain you're gains this is the best way i can think and it works.try it.

thanks bud :)

think i'll need to consider if theres a possibility of building a home gym, which will eliminate transport!
Thanks,
