    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Squats: 3 X 5 with 220 lbs

Bench Press: 4, 4, 3, with 200 lbs

DAMN IT!!! regressed.

Power Cleans: 3 X 5 with 120 lbs

I am going to switch to 5 X 3 next time.

Overall: Average workout.

Overhead Press: 3 X 5 with 115 lbs

WOOT!!

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 240 lbs

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with BW +10 lbs

Overall: Good workout. Not planning on going to BJJ class today. My neck is stiff from class last night. Going to take it easy tonight and rest.

Overhead Press: 3 X 5 with 105 lbs

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 225 lbs

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with BW +5 lbs

Overall: Been lacking off with the weights. Going to get back on this. I am having a difficult time mixing weight lifting and BJJ.

Overall: Beginning again with low weights.

Squats: 3 X 5 with 205 lbs

Power Cleans: 5 X 3 with 110 lbs

Overall: Good workout. Got cauliflower ear on my right ear from BJJ. Got my ear drained as a result. Doctor says to not do BJJ for two weeks. Bought Brute Shockwave headgear to protect my ears online today. Going to just lift weights, run and play basketball for two weeks. Itching to get back to BJJ.

Time to deload next time.

Squats: 3 X 5 with 210 lbs

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 245 lbs

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with BW + 15 lbs

Overall: Good workout. Going overseas to Bangladesh. Hotel will have limited equipment so I won't be able to do Barbell Squats or some other things. I will make the best of it. Will be gone for a week.

Overall: Good workout. Just got back from Bangladesh and Thailand. I just did the weights I did last time before I left for my business trip. Going to BJJ class in the morning !
