    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Bench Press: 5, 5, 4, with 190 lbs

Almost got it.

Squats: 3 X 5 with 220 lbs

Power Cleans: 5 X 3 with 120 lbs

Overall: I am still sick. Average workout.

wth is going on!?

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 255 lbs

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with BW + 20 lbs

Overall: OHP is troubling.

WOOT~!

Squats: 3 X 5 with 225 lbs

Form was a little sloppy towards the end. Going to redo the weight next time.

Power Cleans: FAIL!!! with 125 lbs

Going to do power cleans before squats next time.

Overall: Shietty workout.

I was pissed off about the power cleans so after a long nap i went back to the gym to finish the job.

Power Cleans: 5 X 3 with 125 lbs

Technique was my problem.

Overall: I feel better now.

My shoulders were still sore from BJJ and Yoga.

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 260 lbs

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with 22.5 lbs

Overall: Good workout except for that damn overhead press

Grrrr... well, at least I improved a rep on each set...

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 260 lbs

Felt good. Going to increase the weight next time.

Weighted Pull Ups: 5, 5, 4, 1, with BW + 25 lbs

Lost my grip on my 3rd set. Going to redo this weight next time.

Overall: Good workout. Overhead Press is such a pain in the ass.

Start of my deload. Went well.

Deadlift: 3 X 5 with 265 lbs (2nd Attempt)

Going to redo this weight next time. I barely had my grips toward the end.

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 X 5 with BW +27.5 lbs

Going to redo this weight next time. Wasn't 100 % satisfied.

Overall: Average workout. BJJ class in two hours.
