Unfortunately, my little sister likes to tell me that I have "Child-bearing hips". Not a good sign. Most of my weight is in my belly, butt, and upper thighs, my chest and arms are ok, my calves are shredded from recently training for a marathon. 4 months of running up to a point of 40 miles a week, and the only real change in my body was getting these giant, ripped calves. Figures.
Bench: 100 5X5
Squat: 150 5X5
Dead: 315 1X5
Overhead: 75 5X5
One day at a time, I'm gonna get my fat ass in shape!

im asian and totally opposite of the original poster... my thighs are like the best looking part of my body while my gut is unnaturally fatty :/
i can squeeze together on my gut a piece of something that feels like 5kg of fat in my hands!! feels so nasty and obnoxious... and i get depressed whenever i do that lol :(

my forearms looks nice with alot of veins going and my shoulders are totally dry shredded for some reason!! but my chest is kinda fatty... it just doesnt want to get defined

thighs are easy to get defined, actually.

my stomach is SO DAMN HUGE, i goddamn hate it.

My chest wont get defined either, it just keeps getting bigger, which in turn makes me look fatter, i purposefully dropped the volume for bench to 3x5 to reduce hyperhtrophy.

my arms are pretty good. if only my entire body were like my arms.

I've lost most of my fat this summer, but I still have some left on my chest and on my the front of my belly. Everyghing else is fat free. I'm annoyed that I can't get rid of this one too

I'm a guy. 26 years old. I weigh about 250 now, up from 180 about 2 years ago when I was in relatively good shape. Now I have a huge gut (look pregnant if I relax it lol), I suspect from lots of beer and fast food (was in a party phase... sigh..) fatty chest and thighs. Last time I went for a 30 minute walk I was sweating bullets at the end and really breathing hard, almost gasping. I don't know if all the sweating and heavy breathing is caused by just being fat now or smoking cigarettes, or both, but it was embarassing. I really want to get back into shape without buying a ton of equipment. I rarely want to do any exercise in public as it's so embarassing.

I am so glad I found this thread.

I just started training and was gonna post a thread about my awkward body that im working.

All my fat is condensed on my stomach, plus I think my stomach muscles are distended so it hangs out even though the fat amount is not great.

I am a fairly thin guy, I am 5' 8 and used to weigh 85kg, I know weigh 64kg (140lbs) yet my stomach is big.

I have fairly big quads & calves (from cycling) But I have no natural upper body strength. So much so it causes problems such as dislocated/sprained shoulders, back ache etc.

I cant lift anything/do pull-ups etc. I could only barely 5 push ups (shaking like a leaf), but now due to intense 2week training I can do 20.

Ive been doing core exercises, crunches, supermans, stomach vacums etc for the past couple weeks. Hopefully I can get my gut to pull itself in. And stabilise my back.

I tried to do deadlifts a couple days ago, I struggled with an empty barbell, managed to put on 10kg with some practice. Im still sore from it now though. My back is very very weak.

I wouldn't call myself fat -- I'm 6'3", 228#, but don't look like I'm over 200#. I have the "Platt pooch" above my beltline, although it's shrinking with 5x5. Also some handles and ass. Other than that, there's a bit of fat around the pecs and under my chin (another hereditary feature -- thanks to the parents).

Definitely time to get into HIIT.

Half Asian.
Just love handles and man boobs. Everything else is pretty lean, but the fat is in the worst spots, haha.
I usually call my man boobs pecs to throw everyone off. It all looks the same under a shirt.
