hi I was just wondering where does your fat concentrate on
As an Asian, most of my fats lie around my thighs
and hopefully 5X5 squats can convert them all to muscle :D

belly + ass... i seem to have a huge chest 2...and my shoulders are really wide duno if thats FAT tho.

ass and stomach, the fat is SO disgusting
Training since mid november 2008.
Back squat: 85kg
Front squat: 75kg
Overhead Press: 38.25kg
Bench press: 57.5kg
Deadlift: 115kg
Prone bridges: 5 mins +++

Stick four toothpicks in an apple (two for the arms, two for the legs) and you have a good approximation of my physique.

hahaha, that had me cracking up.

my body is kinda wierd... im skinny and kinda fat at the same time. :( Im 5'11 and 160lbs. Everything is avg but I got fat on my stomach and I got some love handles baby! :)

Im working on it though! I can start to see me abs!!! (im on a bulk diet though) /shrug

Let's see....I guess it's evenly distributed. I have some on my arms ( although its almost gone), some on my chest, belly and I have love handles and I have fat in the butt and thigh area. G'damnit I'm fat. :sad:

I wouldn't call myself fat, but I've been accumulating some fat on my obliques. Now, I've got nice abs from the 5x5, but small love handles. HIIT here I come!

Same here brother. Only place I have fat is the love handles which don't want to go away.

not eating carbs has forced my body to become a fat burning furnace. add that to lifting 3x a week, swimming after 5x5 3x a week, wow.

How exactly can I tell if I have love handles or not? I didn't know what it was till i google'd it 20 seconds ago...

I'm on the same boat, I can kind of see a 4 pack but I still pack a lot of fat on my love handles and around to my back above my ass. I'm hoping fixing my anterior pelvic tilt will help to make that area look smaller.

If you have fat around your waist and it bulges out at both sides, at the top of your pants, that's your love handles. Something for the missus to grab onto!
