I've been listening to thsese podcasts for a while now.
Filled with lots of motivational stuff and great ideas.
The presenters are New Zealands top personal trainers from what i can gather.
Even if its not directly Strength training related its still filled with some great stuff.
They often to little challenges for guys new to training or ones that can be adapted to advanced athletes as well.
Well worth a listen!
