I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

No, you don't and you could have warned us that the vid included some guy squatting wearing a thong. I could have gone my entire life without seeing that.

Is it true that if I kill someone and eat their heart, that I gain the efficiency of their CNS?

Buzz on the street is that Frank Yang bombed out at his first power meet, and has since given up lifting to pursue art.

Yeah, but the effect starts to taper off after the 3rd or 4th heart in a month, so pace yourself.

Lol.
I watched his seizure hops video but never really attempted it.
At school the class went outside for gym in the morning and it was really cold.
I did the seizure hops for like 5-10seconds and I thought I was going to burn up, lol.

His form seems pretty off on some videos? But I guess he's pretty strong lol

His videos are quite amusing to say the least.

Oh, no, no sarcasm. Watch his deadlift, rounded back like a meuxfeux.

But yeah, I admire his strength.

Alot of his vids are pretty entertaining.

I've seen vids where he has good form so he obviously knows what it is, but ignores it half the time anyway. He's got an awesome vertical leap and massive strength potential but yeah, I heard he chose to pursue his art instead. Not everyone loves the gym that much, even if they are given a talent for it.

He's off the sauce, lol. Where's the rest of him? I almost couldn't see him he's so skinny now. Still pretty strong, but nothing like the pound for pound superman he was not all that long ago.
