I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hi guys!

Im new here and I've been searching the post about this topic.

I cant wait to start GOMAD!

Can anyone tell me the difference between fresh and powder. I would really appreciate it.
Would I get the same result if I use powder instead, since its cheaper here in my country

Is the calories and the proteins the same?

Thanks in advance :)

You would get the same amount of proteins & fats etc. But its dubious how healthy it would be for you to drink that much powdered milk.

Milk is a natural product which is damaged by certain processing, the nutrients are still there but I would suggest you look harder for some fresh milk or find alternative bulking foods.
