I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I'm still continuing along with stronglifts right now i'm squatting little over my body weight (170, 180 squat) but i also do mma about 4 times a week, and i want to fight at 180lbs (i won't be fighting for about three or five months) so i have time to gain this weight but how should i go about it? I've read gomad and i'm wondering should i really do GOMAD for a simple 10lbs or is there something else i can do.

Go for it! There is something else you could do, but GOMAD works, and is probably the simplest solution for you
Goals (5x5 ):
Short term (31 / 12 ) / Long term (01 / 05 - 2010) / Current:

Box Squat (kg) 110 / 150 / 100
Bench Press (kg) 85 / 100 / 77.5
Press (kg) 57.5 / 65 / 50
Deadlift (kg) 170 / 200 / 155
