I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Well, the weights I currently lift are light compared to what I managed to lift before I tweaked my back in May. Oh and even though I couldn't go to the gym during summer because of it, I still helped my dad with fixing up our summer house and this included some physically demanding stuff like being a lumberjack and carrying heavy things so I probably didn't suffer as bad a strength loss.

Squats 5x5 72,5kg: Pretty rough because of the doms from last workout.
OHP 5x5 37,5kg: Decided not to increase the weight because this has been one of my weaker lifts and I had almost 3 weeks gap from the last time.
Deadlift 1x5 105kg: Came up easier than expected.
Pull ups 3x5 3,75kg: Damn it's depressing to think that I've gotten 15kg on this and now this feels heavy.. I blame it on the doms.
Prone Bridge 3x35s: Not really anything to say. Went as expected.

Squats 5x5 75kg: This is starting to get strange.. Now this felt light. It always varies from wo to wo between light and heavy. :D
Bench Press 5x5 (5,5,4,4,3) 57,5kg: Meh, frustrating when 55kg felt pretty light and died on this for some reason.
Bent Row 5x5 45kg: Still pretty easy.
Dips 3x5 11,25kg: Bit painful because my shoulders were so stiff/doms.

You suck for calling Squats light. I don't like you.

Goodluck with you're comeback, Immust say, dipping with 11.25 KG is pretty good!

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Thanks, I'm just glad that dips are only 3x5 'cause it absolutely kills my arms.

Squats 5x5 77,5kg: Ha! Light again! yay :D Getting a lot more comfortable with the technique and keeping my back straight. Will see how it holds up when the weights start to stack up.
OHP 5x5 40kg: Surprisingly easy, was expecting more difficulties.
Deadlift 1x5 115kg: Starts to feel somewhere.
Chin ups 3x5 5kg: The usual.
Prone Bridge 3x40s: Abs started cramping up in the last 5 seconds or so. Not a particularly nice feeling.

I had almost forgot about you until you post on my log the other day - but Im glad to see you're back. I have to say I have used your time in absence to increase my squat though ;) Well done on coming back after all this trouble though, hope you'll quickly reach previous glories. Still impressed with those weighted chin-ups since mine are still so bad..

Squats 5x5 80kg: I'm sure DJJ officially hates me after this but because I only need 2 minutes or less rest between sets without difficulties, I still consider this light.
Bench Press 5x5 57,5kg: o_O Went up without any difficulties.
Bent Row 5x5 47,5kg: Starts to feel a bit, still went up without much effort.
Dips 3x5 12,5kg: Hard.. Very hard.
Dragon Flags 3x5: One almost done properly, couldn't keep body completely straight while lifting but close enough to count as one I think. The rest were negatives. Right shin started cramping up for some reason.

Squats 5x5 82,5kg: No problems yet.
OHP 5x5 42,5kg: Just barely got this up.
Deadlift 1x5 120kg: Yay! Back to where I was before my back problem. :D
Pull up 3x5 5kg: Felt a bit more than usual, probably because I did it right after the deadlift.

Good thing you're back to where you were before, and well done on OHPs. Pull-ups after deadlifts is always hard - as you know I struggle a lot with mine.. Loving how you're doing dragon flags!

Ha! Never, never show weakness to your enemies. They will take it and use it against you! Or, in my case, make fun of you. Mwuahaahaa!

Squats 5x5 85kg: Still no problems
Bench Press 5x5 60kg: Again, o_O went up without difficulties. Don't know if it's because I've started to eat more but I seem to recover faster than before.
Bent Row 5x5 50kg: This is a weird exercise. The weight doesn't have to be really that heavy or feel fatigue anywhere but sometimes the bar just won't touch your chest. Not this time though.
Dips 3x5 13,75kg: First set was the hardest surprisingly.
Dragon Flags 3x5: Almost 2 counted, second was more of a half dragon flag so I won't count it completed. And the rest were negatives.

Squats 5x5 87,5kg: Starting to require an effort. Still getting away with 2 min rests.
OHP 5x5 (5,5,4,3,2) 45kg: Blah, two tries left.
Deadlift 1x5 125kg: Man this is starting to get really heavy. Not sure how long I can continue to use overhand grip.
Chin up 3x5 6,25kg: Harder than it should've been, did it too soon after the deadlift.

Squats 5x5 90kg: Felt pretty much the same as 87,5kg.
Bench Press 5x5 62,5kg: Went up without difficulties. This is strange.. How come I stalled so bad in 57,5 and now the weight does up no problem??
Bent Row 5x5 (5,4,4,3,4) 52,5kg: Meh, got short of an inch or two from my chest on those missed reps. Good thing is that this is finally starting to feel in my upper back instead of arms.
Dips 3x5 15kg: Ok, this is killing me.
Dragon Flags 3x5: I guess I got 2 half assed reps that might count as dragon flags, the rest were negatives.
