Squats 5x5 80kg: I'm sure DJJ officially hates me after this but because I only need 2 minutes or less rest between sets without difficulties, I still consider this light.![]()
Bench Press 5x5 57,5kg: o_O Went up without any difficulties.
Bent Row 5x5 47,5kg: Starts to feel a bit, still went up without much effort.
Dips 3x5 12,5kg: Hard.. Very hard.
Dragon Flags 3x5: One almost done properly, couldn't keep body completely straight while lifting but close enough to count as one I think. The rest were negatives. Right shin started cramping up for some reason.
