I want to gain some weight, Im'm 1m75 and weight about 70 kg. My goal wold be about 80 kg, once I reach this, I'll cut.
I've been thinking about going GOMAD but I have acne problem, and drinking lots of milk won't help it. My acne got a lot better recently, after couple of years, but my skin is still not perfect, and I don't want to get this shit back on my face.
There is no way that I know of to get raw milk, so it isn't an option.
I thought about buying some bulking supplement and drink it in shake form, to raise calorie intake(I eat a lot and quite clean). What do you think?
