I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

GOMAD has remotivated me

When I first read GOMAD I thought "Genius", then I thought "OMG I'm going to die". Last thing I thought before I decided to go for it was "If I die, I'll die big and strong" lol. Not the best mindset for a potentially hazardous endeavor, but I figured I'd monitor my "state of being" and if I became "sick", then I'd not continue.

Before:
5'10"
178lbs

After 2 weeks:
5'10"
188lbs

Side effects: Slight gas at night, going #2 2-3x per day, feeling amazing.

I haven't gained weight like this in 5 years when I went from 150 to 175. God bless you GOMAD prophets.
I'll be posting up a training journal too.

For all the the derisive comments that have been floating around here lately about GOMAD, people forget this one simple fact: It works. GOMAD makes you grow like nothing else, in an easy to ingest form. Good for you.

Something else very interesting as a result of GOMAD:

I tested my blood pressure at the local grocer on one of those machines at it came out to 108/79. That's the lowest I've EVER seen it. I will go to another store to confirm this. Maybe I was born to do GOMAD. lol

I would do it, but gomad just gives me way too many problems. it makes me shit like crazy, and kills my appetite. So I had to stop it.

Or maybe GOMAD just happens to be safe & healthy, like many of us have been saying for a while now...
