    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

GOMAD => Old man's skin?

After being on GOMAD for a while I noticed my skin, especially on the side of my torso, started to look like "old man's skin" - sort of wrinkled, not smooth, how it used to be. Anyone else noticed this? Could it be due to putting on weight fast, or maybe it's milk specific?

I'm not very bothered about it but I don't want it to get worse.

Yes, I guess it is a sort of stretch mark. And I haven't given birth or anything!

Well maybe you should stop being such a big baby!

Joking...sorry!!

If it is stretch marks I don't think its anything to worry about but also there's not much you can do to change it. Some people see them as well earned scars of massive growth previously attained :)

If its wrinkles, you could just be dehydrated.

Problem is if this massive growth consists of far too much fat. It rarely happens in a minimum of a caloric excess, which the GOMAD strategy by no means is, unless you are on roids which would obviously change the game since your protein synthesis can be increased by up to 10 times!

Something like this? http://cdn-write.demandstudios.com/upload//4000/000/00/5/34005.jpg
That's stretch marks, got some on my bottom myself, although this isn't my behind on show! :lol:

NoGood: No, it's not really like that. I think if I reduce my bodyfat it will not be very visible. It's like the skin folds in a way, just more "wrinkly" than before. I guess I should try taking a picture.
