I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Right, so here's what I just made. Measurements are approximate, because I just poured stuff in!

300ml full fat milk
250g natural yoghurt
5ml flaxseed oil
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 banana

Instructions:
+ Put in blender.
+ Turn blender on.
+ Blend.
+ Turn blender off.
+ Drink.

Absolutely lovely. I'll work out the calories/protein/carbs/whatever later. Actually, that's a lie, I won't. May have quite a few calories in it, but I really don't care. It tasted amazing

Slightly different recipe, as I'm off for the weekend so needed to finish a few things off! Adding peanut butter's bumped up the calories (bulk bulk bulk) and it tastes amazing, maybe even better.

Calories are hovering, I think, somewhere around the 800 mark.

For the new recipe, wade wrote:350ml full fat milk
