I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

You don't even taste it.

BTW....the nutritional info that I listed is double the ingredients I listed. I often make this post workout after coming home from the gym in the early am. I make a double batch because my wife likes it for breakfast.

Where did you get this one from? I have Berardi's Precision Nutrition and I can't remember seeing it anywhere. Do you have Nutrition facts for it? BTW, how does the Greens+ taste in it? I'm always afraid to add it in case it tastes nasty (like it does with just water).

I grabbed it from the Dave Tate Project over at T-nation: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_art ... 4425.hydra

It is almost at the bottom of the page.

I haven't tried it yet, but I thought it was a great recipe.

I use broccoli in my shake as well. You don't even taste it. Great way to get some veggies and fiber in your diet. The berries take over the flavor, so you can even use chocolate whey, and you won't really taste it.

Not sure. Yeah, I would use regular milk or 2%.

I am a big fan of regular milk so I think that would be fine. Not sure if that mess with the calorie count. Not concerned I guess.
