Posting the results of your workouts in your own training log is part of the success of this program (have already mentioned it plenty of times but it can not be said enough )
Ok, a few words about myself:
I'm 32 and I live in Huelva, Spain (near Seville). I've been training for about six months (I weightlifted in the past, sporadically), but recently I have built a home gym in my backyard and I have bought a second hand power rack. I said goodbye to lunges, dumbell bench presses and swings: now I can squat, barbell bench press and deadlift. Hooray!
My stats are (yet) very poor:
Squat: 90 kg 5RM
Deadlift: 110 kg 5RM
Bench press: 100 kg 5RM
I'm 1,80 m with 100 kg of BW (20% BF, more or less). Actually I'm trying to lose fat. Since March I've lost 15 kg; I'm in IF three months by now (warrior diet).
I workout three times a week. This is my routine:
A
Squat 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Pullups 5xF
Dips 2xF
Dumbbell Bent-over row 2x5
Hanging legs raises 5xF
B
Deadlift 5x5
One hand standing dumbbell press 5x5
Chin-up, narrow grip 4xF
Close grip bench press 5x5
Lateral raises 5x5
Reverse crunches 5x5
