Thanks for that guys, I couldn't get on last light, maybe the site was down again?
So far my knee is reasonably OK, it just aches some of the time and is still a little swollen, but only a little. As long as I don't put too much pressure on it, and I'm on a flat surface, then I can manage. I still haven't got full ROM, because when the knee is at (or should I say near) full contraction, it does hurt a bit. As far as workouts go, I'm not going to do squats or DLs (my wife would kill me if the weights didn't!), so I'll come up with something on the fly and take it from there.
As for the bike, I'm lucky that I've got another to ride, even though it's the 'rat bike' I use in winter, but of the two, the wrong one got smashed up. I can't blame anyone but myself, and it was an accident rather than stupidity, I'm just glad I'm still here.
