Mjh recommended Gyminee (http://www.gyminee.com) to keep track of nutrition and activity....and it has better functionality than Fitday. My transition will be slow, but you can add the Stronglifts system to your profile. I started a group on there, if you are a member, join the group...or it is free to join Gyminee. We can keep track of stats there as well as with training logs.

Once you login, click on Groups tab and then to the right where it says "Group Actions", click on Find Group. Once you find it, you can join it. You can do similar for the workout. For a while, I was using my own StrongLifts routine because the first version of the workout did not specify pull-ups and chin-ups. Only one of those. The other was added later but now my problem is that I do seated presses rather than overhead due to low ceiling. So, I created a supplemental workout containing the seated press. Maybe I should have just stuck with my version of the workout but when you use a shared one there is some additional group-related benefits.

I don't think I like the upgrades at all! If I don't figure out how toget things entered as quickly as before, I may go back to Fitday. I have to scroll more to see information I want. I have to click on more links rather than tabs. Maybe it is just me and I will figure it out.
