I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Granted, I just started the beginners 5x5 and deadlifts in general... but I had the same feeling. I think that the weight I was using was too light though.

When you squat gets to bodyweight and beyond, your lower back will thank you for only doing 1x5 deadlift!

As you are currently increasing deadlift by 10kg/session, you'll probably go quite a way (reducing increments as they get harder) before you stall :)

no, keep increasing the weights (by whatever amounts you feel comfortable with) every time you complete the required sets x reps.

what I was trying to say was that you're making good progress on the deads (10 kg inc.), and as you have the luxury of reducing the increments as it gets harder, your probably a lot further away from stalling than someone like me who's only increasing 2.5 kg a session - so you'll probably reach a weight soon enough where you'll be quite happy to only do 1x5 deadlifts.

Squats: 80kgx4, 90kgx1
Bench press: 4x70kg, 1x80kg
Barbell row 5x60kg
pull up machine 3xf

Bench press was very difficult... However, about week i was ill, so it's normal that weights and my form are at lower level... One good thing is that i lost some weight, about 2kg, it is very small part of that i want to loose, but... :)

Squat 90kgx5
Barbell Row 60kgx5
Deadlift 60kgx5 100kgx5 120kgx5 140kgx0 (that was really hard...) 120kgx5...
Dips 3x5

add weights on my squats, but you know i feel that my technique is quite poor...
barbell row was ok, i think i should add some weight on my next workout.
deadlift... damn man! i am not so strong to do it with 140kg... i am quite disappointed...
dips were better that the last workouts, so it is ok.

Interesting thing with my weight... 111kg again??? 5 days ago it was 108 already... Mystery for me :) I started with deadlift and squats workout first on my life... and i have added some weight on these exercises.. So i have to be a little stronger, than 4 weeks ago. But as you can see my weight is practically the same ( i started with 113kg of bodyweight) Maybe i am cheating or doing everything badly...? Or my diet is just owfull. Well, i should check this out, as soon as i can.
