84kg x 3, 94kg x 3, 105kg x 3, I had a slight goodmorning with the last rep but it went up. The leg press has been a surprisingly good assistance exercise as nothing has hit my glutes and abductors as hard in a long time. I used to think that the squat was a freeweight leg press but I can leg press twice as much as I can squat and I'm probably not hitting my legs hard enough by squatting alone simply because the legs aren't the weakest link in the squat.
Reason for the GM is most likely you are not using your thighs enough, something which you can not really train using leg presses.
And a squat is NOT a free weight leg press. There are a lot more muscles involved in squat.

3 x 3 75kg, my triceps seem to be getting weaker as for the first time in a while, I struggled with the lock out part.
Partly because you skipped the volume part of this program ...
Sorry, I will keep on hammering that nail (especially after having spend the morning reading all the Madcow stuff which was the basis to construct this program).
If you're interested, mutt made a copy of the website before Google pulled the plug on Geocities:
http://madcow.hostzi.com/5x5_Program/Periodized_5x5.htm(about the volume phase)
It's a good idea to start conservatively as this gets fairly backbreaking and you'll be begging for week 5 (note H: deload week). The most common mistake is people starting too high. It's useful to start light and then be flexible either adding an extra week to the ramp up or moving your targets a bit as you feel your way. This is far easier in the intensity phase because you already have a reference - likewise the next time you run this workout, it'll be a no brainer. The main point in this phase is the volume. Lower the weight if need be but get the sets and reps in. If you fail on an exercise just carry the target weight forward into the next week.

3 x 3 52.5kg, my right trap is smaller than my left so I might switch to a dumbell version of the Olympic lifts to address this.
It'll even out given time. No need to go with dumbbells. Everybody has a more dominant side somewhere.
