I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Wasup wasup stronglifts. I guess I'm here to introduce myself, I used to come to this site a hell of a lot before this past summer as I was huge into working out and then my downfall was a summer job and now im trying to get back into it.

My names Seán and I'm from Toronto, Canada, im 17 and tall dark and kinda attractive i hope. I'm 6'2 and about 180 something. Im basically here to learn everything about muscle, strength, and working out as I can and develop a good workout program and converse(?) with others who are as into it as I am. To be honest I havn't even touched a weight in the last 3 months though, I was working for the Ministry of Natural Resources this passed summer up in the great white north and was in the middle of bloody nowhere with no iron around. It's led to what I believe a serious depression of not working out and I need that lactic acid buildup again as its like my crack... anyways..good ta' be here and im sure i'll eventually come to judge you all as I read your opinions on the internet.

take it easy!
god is love, rev run~

i mean sean.. bye...
