Hey, My name is Rick. I found this site through 4chan (of all places) I need somewhere like this to discuss things and hopefully get some answers to some questions. I have been lifting off and on for about a year. I just purchased a squat rack so I decided to re-start SL. After 4 weeks so far here's where my lifts are sitting.
6'2 190 lbs
Bench - 195lbs
Squat - 245lbs
Deadlift - 290lbs
OP - 120 lbs
