I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

been following this site for a while now and thought id take the plunge.I've done various plans/programs out of books, magazines etc before but recently got into stuff by ross enamiet(?) and the brawn stuff by stuart mcrobert.im sick of reading magazines quoting that you need to do 16 sets of chest work and 12 sets of biceps etc etc etc.Really need something to follow thats for the normal gym trainer and not for a juice head. Will start a log in a couple of days and like others have said its nice to be on a site which isnt plastered with adverts/run by supplement companies.

Hello Burley and welcome to the forum.
Do you train at home or a gym?
Rere is from Leeds - maybe worth dropping by his log and maybe see if you can meet up with him to train and get some tips and pointers for your lifts.

Good lifting.
