I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

We've all been there. We've all had "one-itis" at some point in our lives. The truth of the matter is that you can change your paradigm and adapt so that you'll never have to deal with these feelings ever again.

If you get a chance, go to www.laddertheory.com and read everything. Most of it's pretty funny, but it's also very true.

just read the ladder theory, funny, not informative though, I don't believe that's the way it works just a decent guess, but I do see where he's coming from.

Just curious as to what part you disagree with...

Man, I also was one of those that cringed and said "Oh shit, WTF did he tell her" when you dumped her. Couldn't you have invented a more simple excuse? Like "it's just not working any more" or "i found someone else"? Even if you go on your separate ways, I'd still try to apoligize for that, even if she tells you to "FUCK OFF ASSHOLE" (her potential words, not mine). I'd feel better with myself.
