    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hello everyone,

I'm turning 22 and I just got out of long term relationship. I used to lift weights alot during highschool, but since then haven't touch one. thats about 4-5 years people. After being crushed for 3 weeks it hit me....get back into it...do it for yourself...like you used to. So here I am, I spent the last day reasearching planning and studying stronglifts 5X5 plans, deitary rules guidlines etc.. Iam doing this strong...

Right now im 6 ft clean......135lbs....and Starting today Im eating 2700...hopefully. Iam trying to make 2 weekly menus...pretty much rotate them every week. Ill eat perfect for 6 days then slack a little on the 7th...meaning i wont plan as hard. this being the 90-10----or 80-20. I read about. So i was thinking following the same things for the 6 days....3 different days...3 daily menus...6 days..eat the same things 2 days just space it out. example: Day 1 menu then day 2 then 3 then back to 1 etc...

Well im still new at this so if anyone has any pointers on this...maybe some menu ideas? anything...Thanks everyone. llok forward to hearing frrom you

Welcome to the board!

For your questions you can do a quick search in the nutrition or build muscle section of the forum. I'd also start a log there as it will help you succeed.
