I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

So, I have been lifting on and off again for 10 years starting in High School. Lifting breaks for me a lot of times will be anywhere from six months to just a couple. I think I had a membership on this site but I don't remember what my username is. So, I do not have the usual stats that most people have. My constant active and non active lifting leaves me to believe I am still mainly a beginner on the verge of intermediate. Also, considering my weight would suggest my lifting is weak.

Height 5'11
Weight 345 lbs

This routine was recently started since the summer when I was doing something else. I have been on this routine to find my balance again. A variation of the 5x5 routine. No legs as I have a pain in my front left leg that I am waiting for to get healed. Currently, I am having problems with my biceps as everything is going up except for those. I started at 235 for my bench press a week ago and moved up by about ten lbs until I thought I was caught up and slowed down to 5lb increases. May sound unbelievable when looking at my numbers but again I have been on and off again for a while and have a pretty fast gain when I start back up again.

Nice stats, especially considering you've been on and off, though you can't call it a full body workout without the legs ;)

Hahaha! Good point!!! I missed that. Thanks for the compliment as well!!! Yeah it bugs me that I have some bump under the skin on my shin and it hurts when I do squats so I dont want to do anything until I can get in to see the doctor. I dont think its to serious of a problem, it hasnt gotten bigger and doesnt hurt to touch. I hate it cause I love doing deadlifts but not knowing what it is, I dont want to chance it.
