Hi all,
Been on SL for 4 weeks now and thought I may as well join up and say hi! Have been training on and off for about two years doing various routines that I could only stick with for 3 or 4 months (had a summer job that required heavy lifting all day long, no excuse i know, will be sorting a home gym this summer!) at a time but I am very pleased with the SL routine and am making good gains already!
Squat has gone up 20kg, OHP up 10kg, BP up 5kg and DL up 10kg (see sig)
