I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hey guys, I searched for ways to gain weight and found this site. Love the information I've found. I'm 5'11 and 120 pounds. Yes, one hundred and twenty pounds. I'm tired of being skinny, and can't wait to see results. I always thought I ate enough, but after taking count of what I ate on a normal day, it wasn't more than 500 calories. I'm looking forward to reading everyone's advice.

Welcome aboard. Sounds like you need to get lifting (both barbells and forks). GOMAD may be a good option for you as well. Good luck.
