It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. Hi all, iam new to stronglifts and just wanted to get your thoughts/comments on a training programme i just compleated and had great sucess with. I am about to embark on my 3rd 5*5 programme and just wanted to shared something with you guys first.
