Simply put, over the past two or three years I developed a double chin. Ugh I even hate typing it. I don't understand how though because the rest of my body is quite toned; six-pack and everything. I'm a skinny guy too I don't know how it happened. I've been trying to get rid of it ever since I began noticing it but with no real results. I've also had a babby face my whole life and am just starting to give up and believe it's just genetics. Is this true? Or am I just missing something here?

Your chin and neck that connects your face and neck also are composed of muscles.

Do this exercise:

Lift up your head and look to the ceiling.
Stick your tongue out.
Move it around like you were teasing someone.
Do it 5 times per set and do it throughout the day.

hmm.. I thought that was silly too. But actually, I think I read it from 'YOU! The owner's guide" series. If you do try it, it works up your double chin muscle. I don't know if it actually works though.. But it's not something that I made up or anything..

Working the muscles in your neck won't reduce the fat stored there.
