Mehdi mentions in a couple places that 5x5 is a 30 min, 3x/week program. That can't be right, even with your own personal gym! I do the 3 basic exercises, squats, bench press, barbell row, and then do dips or pull ups, and it takes me an hour, MINIMUM. I do 4-5 warm-up sets for squats, and then the 5 work sets take nearly 20 minutes alone.
