Alrightie, everyone knows that when skipping carbs, the body uses fat instead for energy, which is great burning fat.

however, how much carbs is too much?

i have been having much less, but i ate a sandwich, a small pack of nasi lemak, a hot dog and a double cheeseburger. a bit too much carbs?
Training since mid november 2008.
Back squat: 85kg
Front squat: 75kg
Overhead Press: 38.25kg
Bench press: 57.5kg
Deadlift: 115kg
Prone bridges: 5 mins +++
