How to Create Your Online Training Log
- Click here to start your training log.
- Enter in the subject line: Your_username Training Log. Example of my log: Mehdi's Training Log
- Post your personal stats: gender, age, height, body-weight, body fat.
- Post your strength stats: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, chin-ups.
- Post your goals: what do you want to achieve? Be specific. Bad: "I want to lose fat". Good:"I want to get to 10% body fat".
- Post some info on your background: how did you got into this, what's your motivation behind this, ...
How to Get Feedback in Your Training Log
- Add value to the forum. Help people on the forum and they'll return the favor. Commenting in their logs and giving encouragement & advice if you feel able.
- Add a link to your training log in your signature. Go to your user control panel and insert:
- Code: Select all

- Now when you post in other people's logs they can easily reference your training log through your signature link.
- NOTE: You need to have more than 4 posts to be able to use a signature.
