I'm a 27 year old male weighing around 75kg, 180cm heigh and following stronglifts 5x5 currently doing 80kg squads, 40kg overheadpresses and 90kg deadlifts. I eat healthy, hardly ever drink alcohol. Do you have any advice for me to get rid of it without my face popping in?
