Hey everyone
I've been working out for almost a year now and have seen some great results but I think I have been overtraining with my isolation exercises so a friend on another forum pointed me here. I plan to start this program in 1.5-2weeks (i have to be out of town for work soon) and I really hope to see results.
I will admit, I do like to look good but I have never done squats! (i know i know) And i feel that it's time to get that part of me going. I workout to look better, feel better and be stronger. I will never understand those dudes who are strong but fat. why hide all tha tmuscle underneath fat? personally, i'd rather look good and not be as strong haha. weird, i know!
anyways, just thought i'd say hi and introduce myself!
currently i'm 25, 5'11, 168lbs (was chubby/weak at ~160lbs, lost weight and hit 145lbs, gained muscle up to 168!)
