I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Post sites here that have articles about bad nutrition ideas, bad exercise ideas, etc, like the Simple Dollar Blog yesterday, then a few members can go and post comments about how those are bad ideas and they should go to strong lifts.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.
Do whatever you want, but not in my name ;)

By the way, I said this before, the best way I believe to get more people into this is just by keep bringing the water to the horse. If the water looks good/interesting, they'll be more tempted to drink it.
I'm doing my best growing the blog on my own, but for those who want to help: stumble articles, explained here: stronglifts.com/forum/discussion/304/how-you-can-help-strongliftscom-click-here/

Kyle - I see where you are coming from with this, but don't think it necessary.
Why?
The people on this forum have made their decision with Mehdi's stronglifts 5x5 routines and associated routines based around compond lifts - MadCow, Bill Starr, Smolov etc
I don't honestly believe anyone who has done these routines would be swayed by anything else - lets face it Mehdi has built a very comprehensive site featuring workouts, nutrition, injury recovery etc etc.
Why look to change.
There are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

please allow me to clarify
first off, sorry I posted this in a rush, shouldve been more descriptive.
My idea is closed to Mehdi's, basically, say theres a BS article, post it here, and other members can post comments with info and links to stronglifts and its articles where people can at the very least, get a second opinion.
This is how I found StrongLifts in the first place.
You can do this on forums, blogs, etc.

Like a lot of people here say: it's what works for you that matters. I think it is a bit extreme to go 'blacklisting' sites for promoting bad ideas, because after all, these ideas might work for some people.

However, I do have a big problem with people publicising exercises such as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFoXowkYwEg

Now it makes sense at first I thought you meant spam other websites with ideas from stronglifts.com.

Indeed, these coments must be honest and high quality.  This way people will see that they are legit, not spam.
