I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Stop worrying about BMI and what others think you should or shouldn't weigh.

What it comes down to is this -

When you go out or look at yourself in the mirror, do you feel happy with how you look?
If you can answer 'yes' then it doesn't matter how much you weigh.

*ding* *ding* We have a winner with this post. There is no such thing as an "ideal weight" and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. You can't go off of BMI, you can't go off of what some table says, you can't go off of what you see in a magazine. Go off of what you see when you look at yourself in the mirror and what your goals are.

If you want to look big then eat more and workout. Period. Frankly if I was as lean as you are I wouldn't sweat trying to get bigger I would just concentrate on getting stronger. I think too many guys are worried about getting bigger and not enough are worried about getting stronger.

Thats definately true in my case.
Stats:
Bench: 97kg
Squat: 112kg
Deadlift: 117kg
OHP: 55kg
Dips: 40kg
Pull-ups: 22kg

The deadlift is not dead; size is dead without it.
