Just curious....Guys like Stuart McRobert would probably call this overtraining...

In a word, no. Now if you try to 'improve' on the SL workout by adding a bunch of fluff and worthless exercises, then yes, you'll be over training. Stick with the program itself, keep diet clean, and it works. There are more than enough success stories here to back that up. At a beginner or intermediate level, this is the type of program that will get you to your goals quickly and efficiently.

No, because novices adapt extremely fast to training stress, typically within 48 hours. For intermediate/advanced/elite something like this would not be prudent.

There are guys working for a living that move a lot more then we are doing following this program.
And they do it EVERY DAY.

What is the problem then ?
