ok, it said that 18 x bosyweight was maintenance, so how have i managed to put on 10lbs in three weeks? even though i havent noticed any visually, i must have put on some muscle cause my bench has shot up, but my waist is bigger, and my body fat scales say ive gone up 3% body fat. im an endomorph, so fat is a real issue for me, i am doing tabata/hiit cardio 2/3 times weekly, as well as sl 5x5 (obv), but the fat isnt shifting. will the fat eventually start melting away? i eat whole clean foods, no carbs accept pre and post workout, pre i have a large meal of 40-50g protein, 80g carbs and about 20g fat, post, 40g protein, 80g low gi oats, creatine. i get plenty of protein and fats during the day.
