    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Bench 450+
these numbers will go up (except the bench....bloody shoulder joint)

That guy has a huuuge head for his height. I reckon he had to do bodybuilding just so his body would be more in proportion compared to his head.

Hope I look that good when I'm 74, though.

The other two competitors look awful compared to him. I second what itsbruce says (about looking as good at that age). Glad I'm starting earlier...
